THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONTAL AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY AT THE TIME OF IMPACT AND THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HER NECK AND FACE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED.
