| DT: CONSUMER HAD TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER UNIT WHICH CRACKED TWICE. SHE CONTACTED THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER, AND WAS TOLD THAT MOISTURE GOT INTO THE UNIT AND CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
