TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A CONCRETE POST INSIDE OF A PARKING GARAGE. THE PASSENGER THAT WAS POSITIONED IN THE REAR SECOND ROW SEAT SUSTAINED BRUISES TO THE NECK, RIBS AND OTHER PARTS OF THE BODY AS A RESULT TO THE FAULTY SEAT BELT PRETENSION.
