TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE AND THE BRAKE PEDAL VIBRATED, AND SHOOK ABNORMALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE BRAKE FAILURE. THE DEALER RESURFACED THE FRONT ROTORS TWICE; HOWEVER THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 14,000. UPDATED 09-18-13 *BF THE ROTORS WERE RESURFACE TWICE.
