| PURCHASED THE CAR IN 2002. STARTING IN 2005, THE SEAT BELT WOULDN'T ENGAGE INTO THE BUCKLE. HAD TO FORCE AND FORCE THE BUCKLE IN FOR THE BUCKLE TO LOCK IN THE INSERT. RECENTLY, THE SRS LIGHT CAME ON. HONDA TELLS ME THAT THE SEAT BELT MUST BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE AIR BAGS MAY NOT DEPLOY UPON IMPACT BUT THERE IS NO WARRANTY. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TELLS ME THAT THE SEAT BELT MAY IN FACT BE WARRANTED, BUT HONDA MADE NO MENTION OF THAT. *TR | |
