HONDA CR-V 2015 car safety problem was reported on Nov 08, 2014.HONDA CR-V 2015, manufactured by Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) had a problem with SEATS . i have brought a brand new honda crv awd lx model from honda dealer in nj.from the day one, i noticed some vibration on the front seat of the car when i am at the stop sign/signal with car is in the drive mode with my foot on the brake paddle. the vibration is random and not always but can be feel at the back of your body and it is very strong sometime that as a drive you get distracted and feel very unconfortable while driving.i went to the dealer and able to duplicate the problem and showed it to their technician on 24th nov 14.the technician took the vehicle for test drive and called me after an hour to share his conclusion.dealer took another brand new 2015 honda crv and found the same issue with other vehicle also.based on the testing the dealer concluded that this problem is there in all new honda crv 2015.they told me they are helpless and cannot do anything and asked me to contact american honda(all these details he gave me in the service document).i called american honda(not one time but several times), they gave me the case number and told me to go to the dealer to fix the issue. i told them that i went to the dealer and they find the issue in the vehical. i got a call from some mr mohammad(case manager) who represented himself as rm for nj area.without doing anything he closed my case, i called again and asked them to open the case. mr mohammed called me again and told me that this is one of the characteristic of honda crv(vibration issue) , i mean he told vibration is a designed functionally and i have to live with this like all other users are living.i said to provide the email or phone of management so as to talk to them but he did not provide me the information and closed my case without my consensus and said we are helpless..0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 150 miles. HONDA CR-V 2015 car safety problem was reported on Dec 09, 2014.HONDA CR-V 2015, manufactured by Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) had a problem with UNKNOWN OR OTHER . new car, owned for 3 weeks,700 miles on car. i expressed concern at time of purchase due to discomfort of headrest. i am 5'3". i was told to recline the seat more, however no position seems to help. i have been developing neck pain now after commuting 2 hours daily and had none in my 2002 model car the head rest/ head restraint pushes my head forward, there is no position in which anatomical posture can be achieved. in order to be comfortable i either sit away from the back of the seat with essentially no back support, sit sideways on the seat so my head can clear to the side of the neck restraint or turn the head rest around. this however is also unsafe. notably when i test drove the car, the headrest was turned around backwards as well, suggesting that the delivery driver, the only other person who drove it, and a dealer employee, also found it intolerable. safety devices should not impede upon proper biomechanics, as this can actually create less safe situations . it seems to be designed for a culture of people who slouch while they drive. this seems to be a very common problem and if it were a workplace seat (which it is when i use the vehicle for work related driving), it would be an osha violation for proper ergonomics. no one would tolerate this if it were any other type of seat. this problem needs to be corrected by allowing for shorter men and women to use a different headrest that needs to be supplied to dealers..0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 700 miles. HONDA CR-V 2015 car safety problem was reported on Nov 15, 2014.HONDA CR-V 2015, manufactured by Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) had a problem with UNKNOWN OR OTHER . there are several onging problems caused by defects with this vehicle. there is a vibration when the car is in "drive" and completely stopped at an intersection. the rpm's drop, sometimes as low as 550 which causes a vibration as if the vehicle is about to stall. the lower the rpm's, the worse the vibration. on at least two occasions i have had to put the car in neutral at a stop light because the rpms dropped so low. there is another vibration or shudder in the trasnmissin between 1800 and 2000 rpms when accelerating. sometimes i smell gasoline in my car shortly after ignition. sometimes following deceleration, the cvt transmission cannot catch up, and when i need to accelerate again, i put the "pedal to the metal;" but the car is barely accellerating and not thrusting forward like it should. this occurred on a highway merge at i-83 and i-695 on december 19, 2014 (a tricky and dangerous merge area). twice since 1/1/15 i have heard a frightening engine noise when decelerating on a windy downhill road. the noise sounds like a small plane is overhead, and i was shocked the car ws still running, as i was looking for check engine lights or some indication what was wrong. it is not a normal engine noise. honda is aware of the vibrations when stopped and at 1800-2000 rpms and does not know if/when a fix may be available. i am not the only owner with this issue - there are a number of complaints on the various review boards, and honda has acknowledged it is widespread. honda will not provide their position to me in writing when asked. the dealer has been unable to duplicate the other problems which are more intermittent, and it will be back at the dealer next week to address the frightening engine noise and document that problem. i do not feel safe driving this car and i am concerned that it will fail, resulting in an accident. .0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 800 miles. HONDA CR-V 2015 car safety problem was reported on Dec 01, 2012.HONDA CR-V 2015, manufactured by Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) had a problem with POWER TRAIN . ok, so i bought a brand new honda crv 2015 on 12/01/14. when i drove it home i felt the huge vibration at idle, so i said to myself ok maybe the engine is new so it needs breaking time. however after drive everyday from home to work, and work to home, the crv 2015 has a major problem. when it's in d mode and brake pressed, the rpm stays around 600, when i'm waiting for red light or stop sign the car just vibrates really crazy. i have very short leg, so i'm trying my best to hold on the brake, but the shake is making it really difficult, numerous time my legs are so tired i had to put on parking mode. the problem wont occur when the engine is cold or the heater fan is on high. and i contacted honda corporate, they say all the parts are good there is no parts defect so it doesn't qualify for recall. but come on! it is a safety issue, specially if you drive the vehicle in new york which involves countless stops. i never fill out any complains, but i cant hold my big disappointment towards honda quality control. .0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 500 miles.
