| THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS DO NOT WIPE THE WINDSHIELD. THE WIPERS SMEAR THE WATER AND DECREASE THE VISIBILITY. AT NIGHT THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN CAR LIGHTS REFLECT AND OBSTRUCT THE DRIVERS VISION.
