TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE ERRONEOUSLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE EXCESSIVE FORCE ON THE BRAKES IN ORDER TO GET THE VEHICLE TO AN INCREASE TO AN ACCEPTABLE SPEED.
