WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE, LOSS OF ACCELERATION. WHEN ACCELERATOR WAS APPLIED, ONLY RPMS MOVED, THE CAR WOULD NOT RESPOND. NUMEROUS TIMES AT STOP LIGHTS, THE CAR RPMS WOULD ACCELERATE PASS 3 AND 4 WITHOUT ANY APPLICATION TO THE GAS PEDAL. TOOK CAR INTO HONDA DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNLESS IT OCCURS ON THE PREMISES. *TR
