TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE POWER STEERING ASSIST MALFUNCTIONED AS THE WHEELS SEIZED AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING LAMP ILLUMINATED.
