TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION SWITCH WITHOUT THE VEHICLE BEING IN PARK AND ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THE VEHICLE STALLED.
