TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKES BUT THE BRAKES WOULD NOT RESPOND AS THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTINUED TO INCREASE.
