Ford Escape Fuel/propulsion System Safety Report | Aug 31, 2013

Reported on Aug 31, 2013

I WAS DRIVING AT ABOUT 35MPH AND HALF WAY UP A SLIT HILL WHEN THE CHECK ENGINE AND WRENCH LIGHT CAME ON AND THE ENGINE LOST POWER. I QUICKLY PUT MY HAZARDS ON, STOPPED AND RESTARTED THE CAR. LUCKILY IT STARTED RIGHT UP AND I WAS ABLE TO MOVE BECAUSE I WAS ON THE DOWN SLOP OF THE HILL AND OTHER CARS COULD NOT SEE ME RIGHT AWAY.
