TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BLOWING WARM AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE CONDENSER EXHIBITED A HOLE AND WAS LEAKING COOLING FLUID. THE CONDENSER WAS UNPROTECTED AND EXPOSED, ALLOWING ROAD DEBRIS TO ENTER AND PUNCTURE THE CONDENSER. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE WAS REPORTED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY OFFERED TO COVER 50 PERCENT OF THE REPAIR COSTS. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 13,000.
