| TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BLOWING WARM AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE CONDENSER EXHIBITED A HOLE AND WAS LEAKING COOLING FLUID. THE CONDENSER WAS UNPROTECTED AND EXPOSED, ALLOWING ROAD DEBRIS TO ENTER AND PUNCTURE THE CONDENSER. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.
