Ford Escape Engine Safety Report | Oct 20, 2013

Reported on Oct 20, 2013

WHILE DRIVING ON INTERSTATE VEHICLE WENT INTO LIMP HOME MODE. I WAS ABLE TO NAVIGATE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT INCIDENT BUT COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. AFTER RESTARTING THE VEHICLE EVERYTHING APPEARS FINE. I BELIEVE FORD IS ALREADY UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR INCIDENTS LIKE THIS AND I WANTED TO ADD MINE TO SHOW THE SEVERITY OF THIS ISSUE. A RECALL IS NEEDED ASAP. *TR
