TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE STALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER REPLACED THE THROTTLE BODY WHICH CORRECTED THE FAILURE. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECENTLY FAILED AND WOULD BLOW HOT AIR. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 30,000. | |
