| I WAS DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AT APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH DOWNHILL DURING RUSH HOUR WHEN I LOST POWER. I WAS ON A STRETCH OF INTERSTATE THAT HAD NO SHOULDER SO I COASTED 1/4 MILE TO THE SHOULDER.
