| TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN FUEL WAS ADDED TO THE VEHICLE IT SPILLED OUT OF THE FUEL TANK. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND WHEN THEY ADDED FUEL TO THE VEHICLE THE IDENTICAL FAILURE RECURRED AND SPRAYED FROM THE FILLER TUBE ONCE THE TANK WAS FULL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FUEL TANK WAS NEITHER UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 66000. | |
