TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHRYSLER SEBRING. HE NOTICED THE ROCKER PANELS WERE STARTING TO RUST AND TOOK THE VEHICLE INTO THE DEALER FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. IT WAS VERIFIED THATT THE ROCKER PANELS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER RECALL, HOWEVER THEY DID OFFER TO ASSIST WITH A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE REPAIR COSTS. THE REMAINDER OF THE REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE TO DATE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,851 AND THE CURRENT WAS 90,155. | |
