THIS VEHICLE STEERING WHEEL BECOMES STICKY/STUCK AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS AND TRYING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM CREATES OVERSTEER AND OVERCORRECTION CREATING A SWERVING OF THE VEHICLE.
