TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH THE VEHICLE DECELERATED. WHEN THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE JERKED FORWARD AND CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE NORMALLY. THE TRANSMISSION WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.
