TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT STATED WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE JERKED, LOST POWER AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO LEAKING ENGINE OIL AND THE TIMING CHAIN HAD BECOME LOOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE FAILURE. THE DEALER REPLACED THE CRANK SHAFT SENSOR AND THE TIMING CHAIN BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECT. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO JERK AND STALL SPORADICALLY, WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
