THERE IS A NOTCHINESS WHEN SHIFTING INTO SECOND GEAR FROM FIRST UNDER HARD ACCELERATION. THIS RESULTS IN A SECOND GEAR GRIND AND I AM UNABLE TO GET INTO SECOND GEAR SOMETIMES. ALSO, OCCASIONALLY THE TRANSMISSION WILL POP OUT OF SECOND GEAR AND RETURN TO NEUTRAL RESULTING IN NO ACCELERATION, WHICH IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WHEN PULLING OUT INTO TRAFFIC. I HAVE READ ABOUT SEVERAL PEOPLE WITH THE SAME ISSUES AS ME, ESPECIALLY WITH GRINDING SECOND GEAR, AND GM SIMPLY NEEDS TO FIX THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS OPERATING AS INTENDED . I HAVE BEEN DREAMING OF OWNING A NEW CAMARO SINCE THE ANNOUNCEMENT THAT IT WAS COMING BACK TO MARKET, BUT IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH TRANSMISSION ISSUES SINCE DAY 1 WITH NO FIX FROM THE DEALER. *TR | |
