I have lost the seat heater on driver side. I replaced the switch as it appeared to be faulty and still have no heat. How can I repair the vertical braces on the driver's seat of 1996 Buick Riviera? in the back seat of the buick the safety belts are locked because someone pulled them out all the way 1992 buick roadmaster  rear seat belts to short for a grown person my mom has a 2001 lesabre. when we stopped to eat, the seat belt retracted and will not release. It is the top part of the seat belt that comes out of the seat. Is there a way I can fix this without replacing the seat belt?
