While braking to a stop at a slipery intersection my 08 Tundra's ABS ...

While braking to a stop at a slipery intersection my 08 Tundra's ABS will come on at under 10 klms causing the truck to slide through the stop.  The same amount of peddle is applied at all times! Toyota said it was a U.S. vehicale and reprogramed the computer?  The problem still exists. I will have to trade it in if I can not get a fix before next winter. I got new winter rated tires and have just got new brakes and rotars.
