We boughwour Suzuki in 2009 and the tire light came on, they filled the tire and later some days the light came on again and they said to take it to put some air ourselves but our idea was for them to check why the light kept turning on even if the tires were correctly aired. Then the light has stayed on since. The passenger seatbelt light and airbag light has also been on and in some of the visits we had to the Suzuki dealer under guarantee when we did our oil/filter change we mentioned those lights and they gave us excuses because they really told us that we had to pay for the part without checking. Then this year received a letter to take the car in for those same issue, airbag and passenger seatbelt light. We called the Suzuki and they told us that there were many cars and just two places in the whole island (Puerto Rico) that could work with this issue but there was just one technician to check work with the problem. They took our names and phone#. We went to the dealer to check when we could go and they said, no problem and took our information again and said they would call us. Finally, they called us and told us the appointment date and we went. We waited to be attended and after the technician checks he comes back and says that the code is correct for our car but he cannot fix it because the mileage was over the number notified in the letter. When we went to the dealer previously, why did they not check the mileage, as it was within the given number. Now we cannot get this corrected because they did not check the first time we went and all of a sudden at the moment we take the car, the mileage is over. We can't keep a car parked waiting months for someone to call to bring it in. No one mentioned to check the mileage, if not we would have asked them to check the first time we went. How do you know the mileage each car has if it hasn't been verified. For that matter they should have said on the phone or in person, let's check if you are within th e mileage instead of saying ok, don't worry...We have been frustrated that we did not receive the service even when we had the guarantee and now even worse. Do you mind to help us in some matter?
