i have a 99 outback with new battery and alternater and belt ...

i have a 99 outback with new battery and alternater and belt and put a voltage meter in the car to moniter the volts. it will run off the battery and sometimes i can get it to jump up to 13.8 by turning the blower on but seems after awhile it will end up drining the battery.any common shorts with these cars?

I have a 1995 Subaru Legacy & it wont move out of park & I hear a click every time i put my foot on the brake & go to try to move the gear to drive but it just stays locked & wont release to any gear what can I do  or what can be

 there must be a regulator for the fuel rail it happened on my sisters alero and was flooding the engine with gas. check your car for a type of gas regulator or valve  

I have a 94 Subaru legacy wagon awd drive and it makes a thumping noise when accelerating. And turning...I've been told it torque bind in the transmission. And I need a duty c selinoid? Is this true or what is the problem?

A 1990 legacy,16 valve, multi-port injection...Gas is being dumped into the cylinders and coming out the exhaust. Gas has gotten into the oil,too.what's the problem?
