Nissan Sentra 2006 Questions

I have a nissan sentra 2003 1.8 L. manual trani.  It crank longer than ussual to start and I'm loosing coolant. 
No puddles.  Oil cap has no coolent residue. Temp some times goes up to the line then back down after I rev the engine.
