You really need to take it to the dealer. I am also an electronic technician, so I also know that intermittent problems are hard to solve, but when techs see the same problem over and over eventually they will find a solution that will be posted to the dealers Nation wide. Things like this will be posted for techs to look out for but unless you say your car has this problem they won't know. They also will not put a recall on it unless it involves peoples safety. It won't hurt to bring it to them over and over until they fix it. Use your warranty before it expires. You also need to create a history for this problem incase you need to get Nissan USA involved.
