I have a mercury cougar 97 xr7 anniversary addition and my dome ...

I have a mercury cougar 97 xr7 anniversary addition and my dome light cuts off and on while im driving ut also had to keep redoing my control arms inner and outer tire rods and it could just been normal wear and tear at that time or the mechanic put on wrong because i took it somewhere else and there fine now. but dome light wont stop they cant figure out the heater core now so i had them change the core the themostat will see tomorrow.
