I keep losing air pressure on one wheel on my 2003 Mazda ...

I keep losing air pressure on one wheel on my 2003 Mazda Tribute the wheels are those aluminum ones could thy be the problem if so how do I correct this problem?

My1999 Mazda 626 has had five tires delaminate since January. When I called the Mazda dealership where it was last in for a major service in December 2010, they had never heard of tires delaminating and said I needed to get a second opinion. Howev
