Seat problem for my Lincoln MKS 2009 was first reported to Customer Service in Dearborn Michigan approximately 6 months ago when a bolt under the drivers seat broke (as confirmed by my service technician) and the side of the seat (plastic) has fallen towards the door and is almost impossible to use the side controls for the forward movement of the back of the seat, forward movement of the seat itself, etc. The right side has now happened. No remedy was offered by customer service. I would certainly think that a bolt underneath the seats would be covered under warranty. My service technician quoted a replacement cost which to me was shocking. Are there others out there with this same problem and if so what was your remedy.
