I have a 2004 Lincoln Aviator with 51000 miles. My ...

I have a 2004 Lincoln Aviator with 51000 miles. My engine light came on and a dignostic test showed code P0308 cylinder 8 misfire and P0316 engine misfire start up. I shouldn't need to have a tune up for another 480000 miles. I am quite disappointed! I understand this a fequent problem and Ford knows it is a design defect. Is Ford/Lincoln taking care of this problem?
