I have a 1995 Lincoln Town Car.  The car runs OK ...

I have a 1995 Lincoln Town Car.  The car runs OK for weeks then suddenly the vehicle fails to start for a period of minutes, say 20 to 30.  The vehicle will not attempt to start for a period of time then suddenly starts and runs very well. This has been going on for several months.
