I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator and water comes from the roof ...

I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator and water comes from the roof air vents when it first starts up. I'm not talking about a mist but maybe half a cup of water coming from all four vents and it is brown in color. Does anyone have a clue as to what causes the problem and the fix?
