I have a 2009 Lexus es350 and when i break at 60 ...

I have a 2009 Lexus es350 and when i break at 60 mph it has a shimming upon breaking on the driver side. What can be the problem? I have rotated the tires and check the break pads and examine the rotor and with the cannot see any visual issuse.
