Transmission is obviously bad...either solenoids, wiring, bands....

Transmission is obviously bad...either solenoids, wiring, bands...whatever it is, send it back to the shop to have it properly fixed and ask for additional warranty on the unit starting from the time they newly change/repair it.  Be persistent and bring back-up from a knowledgeable mechanic/friend to make sure you don't get railroaded into believing it is acceptable in its current state

My 2000 Kia Sephia w/auto trans won't start in 1st, only 3rd. Sometimes it will start in 1st but skip second and goes to 3rd. Trans is new with less than 1000 miles.

front wheel assembly replaced & alined tire still shows excessive wear

The Horn is right besides the front headlight on the driver's side, I think?...you may see it behind the bumper from underneath or maybe somewhere from the top under the headlight...

wheel bearings, tie rods, take it back to have the same people check it out and fix what they didn't the first time...be persistent or they will just say too bad.  Have them check toe and camber...why would the front wheel assembly need to be rep
