KIA AMANTI Gasoline Leaks When Filling the Tank: First noticed the problem in the fall of 2009, Dealership Service Department found the Intank Valve was stuck Open which contaminated the Charcoal Canister and Filter CCV Valve Assembly. Repairs were done at a cost of $369 under warranty on 12/4/2009. It is now 14 months later and the identical problem has returned. Make sure to look for gas leakage in the area of the rear right tire when fueling is nearing completion.

Thanks, this will help with the identical problem with my amanti. I went to the dealer and they didn't know what the problem was. They wanted to change the charcoal filter because gas was in it, but not the source of the problem.
