My 2004 INFINITI Q45 gear stays in 3rd speed from start. It will drive slow and can't pull fast. Is it an interlock problem ?

I have a '98 Infiniti Q45 with airbag light on.

I have a 2005 Infiniti Q45 and the drivers seat will not move back and forth properly. The inside seat track will not move/ the outside track moves.

99' infiniti. Overcharged battery (causing battery light and break light to come on). I changed the alternator but the battery is still overcharged. Bad battery?
