replace the electrical part of the ignition switch,it unscrews/seperates from the key part of the switch. mine did the same thing, i bought the part  at the dealer for about $34.00,  the contacts within the electrical part of  switch become burned and black,power going thru the switch becomes interupted,if it does it again, push in and wiggle the key a little bit,but dont turn it far enough to screach the starter, if it starts running normal when you wiggle the key, a burned  ign. switch is the problem, replace it, its easy to do. mine's been running good now for about 3 years after replacing the electrical section of the switch.
