Infiniti G35 Coupe Questions

I have had several (4) Nissan Maximas in a row, so obviously I have thought a lot of them. I now have a 2007 G35x sedan and have experienced the car lurching forward while the engine raced. This has happened on at least three occasions, but luckily there was nobody in front of me. Today, February 20, 2011 I wasn't so lucky. I was in line at a drive through restaurant, when suddenly my engine quickly accelerated and rammed the rear of the car in front of me. It damaged the car in front, likely causing replacement of the bumper and possibly the trunk deck on the other car. (a Mercedes) Damage to my G35 was not heavy but it will require the front bumper to be replaced.

It appears I am not the only one experiencing this problem, but what do I say to my insurance company?
