It is probably worn bushings on the control arms.  You can try spaying a silicon spray on them, or just have them replaced

My 1999 Infiniti squeaks while driving, what causing this?

Is there a front end alignment fix for 1995 Infiniti G20/  I just learned today that the "camber" is a bit out of line and there is no fix or adjustment for it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
