I ended up contacting the Better Business Bureau in Dec. 2010.  It was not until April 2011 that I had an arbitration case thru the Better Business Bureau won.  Hyundai had to repurchase my car under the New York State Lemon Law.  It was a long, drawn out process but well worth it in the end.  After all my research for the case, I found out there are so many people with the same situation as mine.  Througout the process, I had numerous wheel alignments even new tires.  Hyundai is known to say "it's the curvature of the road" which they tried to use as part of their defense during arbitration.  There is NO such thing!  I stongly urge you to keep all service records contact your Better Business Bureau.  I learned that Hyundai is a horrible company to deal with strung me along was too long.  Good luck please write w.any questions you may have.  I would love to be able to help.

I bought 2012 sonata and felt it pulling to the right took it to the dealer they stated the specs for aligning the 2012 were not in , I had to come back. Came back said it was all set, It seemed to be fixed a week later car pulled even worse. Back
