WTF do you have to do to keep the upholstery from unclipping at ...

WTF do you have to do to keep the upholstery from unclipping at the bottom edge on an 06 civic? It only has 22000 km and I am not obese and my wife is far from it. It appears that the plastic clip that attaches the seat cover to the frame is totally micky. Has anyone out there experienced this problem?
