2004 honda pilot v-6 dash, radio, head lights cut off ...

2004 honda pilot v-6 dash, radio, head lights cut off unexpectly, why does this happen. Also radio makes loud popping noise when this happens. Please explain.

Poor visibility with headlights on low beam when traveling roads with dips. Lights shine on the street just in front of car. You must drive Pilot w/brights. This is dangerous to on coming drivers. Honda needs to address this problem.
