i have a 2002 honda oddysey w.// which has a locked up parking brake/ parking brake was set and when released and we tried to back up a loud noise was heard/ sounds like a cable to us/ any ideas/ if you try and drive vehicle will not go above 20-30 mph and you can hear the rear brakes bouncing
