I have a 2004 GMC Yukon XL SLT with power adjusting front seats. The driver side up and down feature as stopped working. Dealership states the motor has locked up. Hard to believe seeing that it rarely is used. They want to replace the entire assembly at the cost of $1100 plus installation of another $220. I have read that this could because the seat has lost its programming and simply needs to reprogrammed. Can you provide any insight to my problem?
