My brother has a 1996 F800, with Cummings diesel. ...

My brother has a 1996 F800, with Cummings diesel. Wirring harnes from strat swith on column to Fuels injection Pump shut off solenoid charred. He replace wire harnes and solenoid. No voltage to solenoid or starter. He has gone thru the ignition switch without success.
Can anyone direct me to free source for electrical schematics for this truck.
Are there inline fuses to the starter? anyone familiar with this problem?
