keep losing power steering and brakes, replaced hydraulic booster and power steering pump but no luck

Bracket holding frame to chassis on my 2000 34' Boundr broke and has been repaired twice.  It breaks again whenever turning a corner.  Has this been a problem and does Fleetwood help with it.

1999 BOUNDER antilock brake warning light comes on only aftr coming to a complete stop.It has code for both front wheelspeed sensors.Replaced sensors,still have same problem.
