1999 dodge durango driving 65 heard loud noise under back seat pulled over to check what it was didn't see anything so went to drive and car would not move LOCKED UP

i have a dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi and sometime it stalls out on me at stop light or at a idle and i i feel is a clunk and it dies i restart the truck and no problem i don't know what is causing this to happen?
